Thank you for being a part of the Neurodivergent by Laly community. Because our membership platform provides immediate access to digital content, resources, and exclusive historical archives, we enforce a clear policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel your paid membership at any absolute time.
- To cancel, log into your account dashboard at https://neurodivergent.blog, navigate to your billing/subscription tab, and click “Cancel Subscription.”
- Alternatively, you can request a cancellation by clicking the dedicated support link included at the bottom of our official membership emails..
- Once canceled, your account will remain active with full premium access until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further automatic charges will be made.
2. Refunds
Due to the digital and instant delivery nature of our membership content, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for partial membership months, unused time, or historical cycles.
By upgrading to a premium membership, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
We want our community to feel supported. If you believe an error or duplicate charge has occurred due to a technical glitch on our website or within our payment processing gateway (Stripe), please contact us immediately through our contact form with your account details. We will investigate the issue and process a correction if a platform error occurred.
4. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time to comply with changing legal frameworks or payment gateway requirements. Any changes will be updated directly on this page.
